House of 240m² located at 5 minutes walk from the center of the village of Paradou and at the foot of the Alpilles. A hiking trail leaves directly from the house to explore the surroundings. A park of 2 hectares and an olive grove surround the property. The swimming pool of 12 x 7 is secured by a roller shutter and has a bathing beach for the little ones with a beautiful view on the olive trees. A petanque court is available in the garden. The house is composed on the first floor of a large living room, lounge, dining room as well as an open and equipped kitchen opening directly onto the terrace. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms including 1 bedroom with bathroom and 1 bedroom with shower room. Outside there is a charming mazet with a bedroom, a shower room and a kitchenette. Air-conditioning in all rooms - cooling floor on the ground floor.
