It can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably and is composed of a main villa and a guest house on the garden level. The main house has a large living room of over 120m². The large bay windows extend the interior spaces and allow you to take full advantage of the view offered by its dominant position. On the first floor, there are 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms en suite with a shared terrace running the length of the house and a panoramic view of the sea. The fully air-conditioned guest house has 2 bedrooms including 1 suite and is decorated and equipped to the same high standards as the main villa. The 2 houses total approximately 300m² of south-facing space in the middle of a 2000m² fenced Mediterranean garden. It has been designed according to its different sunny zones: dry garden, hanging garden, palm trees, olive trees, oleanders, lemon trees, perennials, cacti and many others... With a grassy area and a bowling green. On the partly shaded terrace with a magnificent view of the sea, you can enjoy the 15m x 4m swimming pool lined with deckchairs (heated from mid-April to the end of October and secured by an electric shutter). Carqueiranne is a charming town where life is good... The centre (and its market every Thursday) is only 1.3km away. On the port, the nautical base proposes various activities for the young and old! Hire boats, paddles, kayaks, sailing lessons... Each room has a large wardrobe (wardrobe and shelves) Bedroom 1 (to the right of the stairs): 140cm bed and shower room with toilet Bedroom 2 (in the middle): 140cm bed and shower room with toilet Bedroom 3 (left of stairs): Bed in 160 and bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet THE GUEST HOUSE with terrace and garden It is fully air-conditioned (reversible air-conditioning) and benefits from a beautiful luminosity thanks to its bay windows which open the house on the terrace and the garden. 2 paths to access it: Stairs on the east side of the large terrace of the villa or on the west side at the level of the entrance gate to the property. It has 2 bedrooms 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 en-suite bedroom with 160cm bed and large Italian shower (double washbasin). Separate toilet with washbasin and small room with washing machine/dryer Living area with open plan kitchen Fridge/freezer, electric oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine...
