Built in the 1930s, close to the small port of La Madrague and the village of Giens, this beachfront house is an exceptional place as there are just a few similar houses left in the Mediterranean region. You will be amazed by the splendid view on the scenery of the bay of Almanarre as well as the coast from the hills of La Londe in the East, to St Mandrier in the West. The 180m² area is composed of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 persons. 4 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs including 1 beautiful suite with its bathroom and dressing room. 1 bedroom on the terrace, by the water. On the main level, the large living/dining room opens onto the upper terrace where you will have your meals facing the sea. You will be charmed by the beautiful colors of the sunrises and sunsets... The open, fully equipped kitchen and its indoor dining area are connected to the living room. There is also a desk and a second, more intimate lounge. A few steps will take you to the terrace equipped with deckchairs for a refreshing swim, a walk on the pontoons or an apéritif on the shore. Enjoy the calm and serenity of this magical place. You can no longer leave it, prisoner of its charms... - Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: you are reimbursed for the full reservation amount, except 2% of cancellation fees.
- Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival: you are reimbursed by 70% of the amount of the reservation.
- Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before arrival: you are reimbursed by 50% of the amount of the reservation.
- Cancellation less than 14 days before the date of arrival, or in the course of stay: you cannot benefit from any refund.
