Its two bedrooms and its neat decoration will allow you to spend a pleasant stay with friends or family and all on foot. THE LIVING SPACE Located on the 2nd floor with elevator of the magnificent Palais Continental with the charm of yesteryear. A corridor separates the rooms from the rest of the apartment. A separate kitchen, fully equipped, will allow you to cook like at home. You will share your meals in the dining/living room on a unique table created by a local designer combining the art of surfboards with Scandinavian design. Nothing has been left to chance in this cozy and elegant room: its large cream carpet and cushions on the floor, its old fireplace with character, its antique mirror bringing volume to the room or its photo of the famous American photographer Avedon above the sofa. BEDROOMS The two bedrooms are isolated at the entrance of the apartment and overlook a very quiet courtyard. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of closet space and the second bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with a nice tiled shower, a washbasin on wooden furniture and a toilet. THE "PLUS A cellar will allow you to store your surfboards, bikes or golf clubs. PARKING You have access to a parking lot in the building's private courtyard. A real advantage in the center of Biarritz. NEARBY VICTORIA benefits from a privileged location 200m from the Grande Plage and 400m from the Miramar beach. You will find the most beautiful stores of Biarritz at the foot of the apartment and the "Halles de Biarritz" are only 10 minutes away by foot.
