Charming residence between sea and nature Located a few steps from the most beautiful beaches of the Giens peninsula, in a natural, calm and sublime environment, the "Bastide des îles d'or" offers an idyllic setting for your holidays. Nestled in a green landscape, this magnificent mansion of about 300m², fully air-conditioned, has been carefully redesigned and renovated to preserve the authenticity of the property. Built on 2 levels, it can accommodate 10 people comfortably. A sumptuous blend of tradition and modernity, the interior has vast volumes and is decorated with antique furniture found here and there by the owners. A perfect harmony to preserve its past charms while combining it with all the modern comfort. The ground floor is composed of a large and luminous living room with a friendly, sober and chic kitchen. The large windows open onto the terraces where you will enjoy a double orientation. This level is also home to a more intimate living room for watching TV, reading or working on your own, as well as a beautiful master suite with a soft and warm atmosphere overlooking its terrace. The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area with 4 nicely decorated bedrooms sharing 2 shower rooms (2 bedrooms with sea view). To fully enjoy your holidays in the open air, 6000m² of fenced and landscaped garden are surrounding the house with the sea in the background: olive trees, bougainvilleas, pines, arbutus, holm oaks, palm trees and many others are typical Mediterranean plants of the South of France which conjure up the song of the cicadas, the sun and the gentle way of life so particular to our region. Near the heated swimming pool, lined with deckchairs, the view of nature is restful, the Cypresses welcome you and the flowers give rhythm to the garden. As for activities, the region's authentic charm will fill your days and entertain the whole family, from the most contemplative to the most athletic. In the vicinity of the house: 4 beaches are less than 2km away, numerous creeks with crystal clear water, the island of Porquerolles and a visit to the Carmignac Foundation (pier at 1. 5km), Port Cros and Levant islands (pier on the port of Hyères), hiking with breathtaking panoramas by the coastal path, picturesque village of Giens and its Provencal market, Kitesurfing and windsurfing spot (Almanarre beach, boat trip, paddle, kayak or pedal boat ride, Jet-ski... Also: Visit of the charming historical centre of Hyères (Villa Noailles), Toulon to (re)discover (the heart of the city has changed a lot!), vineyards around, 3 golf courses in the area (Valgarde, Valcros and La Frégate), day trip to discover the Haut-Var (Gorges du Verdon, Cotignac, Sillans la cascade, Tourtour...) and so much more... View on the garden On the first floor From the majestic staircase in the centre of the living room, you have access to 4 other bedrooms with storage space (new bedding), 2 shower rooms and separate toilets 2 bedrooms have a view of the sea and the other 2 have a beautiful view of the garden and the pool. All the beds are in 160 but it will be possible, for 2 rooms, to separate them in order to have 2 single beds (on request before your arrival). Outside The flat, fenced garden of over 6000m² surrounds the house. Large terrace on the south side where you can have your breakfast in the shade of the pergola, enjoy the swimming pool with deckchairs, relax in the shade of the magnificent wild pepper tree and relax in the shade of the magnificent wild pepper tree and share a drink in the garden lounge at aperitif time.
