THE SITE In the heart of Provence, in the regional natural park of Luberon, our house "L'Adret de Costelongue" welcomes up to 10 persons on a private domain of 2 ha. A great comfort (4 stars house), a Provencal garden bordered by pine trees and vineyards, a private heated swimming pool, a panoramic view on the Sainte Victoire mountain: here is in two lines the idyllic frame of your next holidays in Provence! THE HOUSE The living room, the dining room and the veranda have large openings: even inside, you will always enjoy this magnificent panoramic view. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare Provençal recipes with products bought on the local markets. The five bedrooms all have unobstructed views. Three bathrooms - one with a balcony - contribute to the comfort of this house, which was completely renovated in 2021. A large office (2 places) and a fibre optic internet connection will give you the opportunity to telework in very enviable conditions. The pool-house located near the swimming pool and the petanque court are the ideal places to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings with family or friends. A large private car park and a shed for bikes or motorbikes are at your disposal. HEATED SWIMMING POOL Below the house, we offer a heated swimming pool with panoramic views. Access to the heated pool is included in the price from June to September. In April, May and October, the pool can be heated (optional) at an additional cost. The swimming pool is secured (automatic shutter and additional safety barrier) and is bordered by a large terrace with deckchairs and parasols. Next to the swimming pool, you also have a summer kitchen with a fridge, bar, sink, gas barbecue,...bordered by another terrace with a large table for your summer meals as well as a ping-pong table. GARDEN At the level of the house, the garden is decorated with a ground of game of bowls as well as a beautiful lawn, a large terrace equipped with a living room of garden, a large table being able to accomodate 10 guests, a plancha with gas, the whole being located at the level of the house, with panoramic sight on the Sainte Victoire mountain and the vineyards around... PARKING The house has two car parks (the first on the ground floor, the second below). Access for travellers The house, the garden and the swimming pool are at your disposal in their entirety. ACTIVITIES AND VISITS: The house is located in the heart of the southern Luberon, in the immediate vicinity of many Provencal villages such as Mirabeau, Ansouis, Grambois,...and half an hour from Aix-en-Provence. It is surrounded by vineyards and castles offering wine tasting. Hiking and cycling are possible from the house (GR nearby). Despite the apparent isolation of the gîte, Aix-en-Provence and many small typical villages are easily accessible. The Costelongue hillside is the perfect place to discover Provence, to hike on the many paths, to cycle along the little-used roads, to visit the wine estates or, ... simply to do nothing. SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS Many shops within 10 minutes drive, supermarkets within 15 minutes. Restaurants 10 minutes away by car. AVAILABILITY Weekly rentals all year round, but limited availability in summer Short stays (minimum two nights) are also possible in low and mid season A discount is given to small groups of 4 people or less Arrival: between 17:00 and 19:00 Departure before 10:00 Maximum 10 travellers

Cancellation policy
- Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: you are reimbursed for the full reservation amount, except 2% of cancellation fees.
- Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival: you are reimbursed by 70% of the amount of the reservation.
- Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before arrival: you are reimbursed by 50% of the amount of the reservation.
- Cancellation less than 14 days before the date of arrival, or in the course of stay: you cannot benefit from any refund.
