THE LIVING SPACE The flat is located on the 7th floor with lift of a luxury residence and has been entirely renovated and decorated with noble materials and light tones. At the entrance of the flat, you will find a separate fully equipped kitchen and a laundry area. The living room and the bedroom open onto a huge terrace with a unique view of the ocean, from the Biarritz lighthouse to the mountains inland. A wooden bar will allow you to have your meals inside or to work facing the ocean and an overhead projector is at your disposal for your movie nights. You will appreciate the air conditioning in the bedroom and living room for your summer days. The terrace is fully equipped with a dining table, an electric grill, a hanging chair, and a relaxation area for your afternoons in the sun. THE ROOMS The bedroom is equipped with a 160cm bed, a TV, a dressing area and a shower. A sofa bed (140cm) is also available in the living room for an extra bed. THE " PLUS " Enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Biarritz at sunset from the flat's terrace. PARKING 1 private parking space is available in the residence only during the months of July and August. NEARBY The Miramar beach is at the foot of the flat, the Anglet lighthouse is 1 kilometre away and the lighthouse golf course is 4 minutes away by car. The shops and restaurants of the Saint-Charles district are just a few minutes away on foot. You can also take advantage of the services of the Sofitel Miramar hotel (indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness room, rest room) located on the lower floors of the residence for a fee of 50€/half day. - During the high season (between 09/07 and 26/08), bookings are only possible from Saturday to Saturday. - Minimum stay of 4 nights for a stay outside these dates.
