Early 18th century Provençal farmhouse, fully renovated, with high quality fittings. It will take you less than 10 minutes on foot to reach the village from the Mas, located in an area of the heights of Maussane, just a few minutes from the Manville golf course, the pleasant walks of the Flandrin course or the promontory overlooking the Baux valley. The Mas de Flandrin combines authenticity and modernity with its fully renovated kitchen with a superb central island or its fully equipped summer kitchen. The property of 220 m² is configured in two houses, ideal for two families or couples of friends. The ground floor of the main building consists of a large living room with an open kitchen, a dining room, a bright summer lounge with a terrace and a view of the garden and swimming pool as well as a small winter lounge with a fireplace. On the first floor, two suites: One suite (50 m²): with office, large bedroom of 30m² (King size bed), bathroom (Italian shower) and separate toilet and private balcony. A second suite of 30m² (king size bed), with shower room, separate toilet and mezzanine. The Mazet of 60m2, situated at the bottom of the garden, has a suite and a bedroom with separate entrances and connecting doors if required. The master suite has a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. The second bedroom has a shower room with toilet. There is also a private terrace and direct access to the pool. The outdoor area is furnished with a fully equipped summer kitchen, a dining area for lunch/dinner in the natural shade of a two hundred year old plane tree. The 800m² garden, with its shaded areas and swimming pool, will allow you to fully enjoy the calm and authenticity of this typically Provencal house. The heated and secured swimming pool will give a plus to your holidays even in the off season! Deposit : 3000€. A few kilometres away, you will have the joy of discovering the Carrières des Lumières, a unique place that is a must to visit. Your stay in Provence will be enhanced by the numerous markets to discover French know-how and the many local producers who will delight your taste buds.
