The house was an old wash house that’s been entirely renovated with a contemporary style and a refined design, ensuring a peaceful setting and all the modern comforts. The house has a beautiful and bright living room with a kitchen and a living room that open onto the garden and the terrace; there’s also a guest bathroom, laundry room and a back kitchen. On the other side of the living room is the first air-conditioned bedroom with full bathroom. The other three air-conditioned bedrooms are located in another wing near the entrance, with two full bathrooms. Outside, the property features a magnificent terrain planted with walnut trees, chestnut trees, olive trees, lime trees, and multiple Mediterranean species on 5,000 m2 of land, with a natural spring feeding 2 unmonitored ponds. Near the kitchen is a shaded terrace ideal for summer meals. The swimming pool (12 m x 6 m), heated and secured by a roller shutter, is located at the lower end of the garden, offering a breath-taking view of the surrounding countryside.
