With its 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this property is ideal for large families or groups of friends for a maximum capacity of 12 people. The farmhouse is made up of a main house and a guest house, each with three bedrooms. The first house has a guest bathroom on the ground floor, a large living room with a kitchen and its central island, a lounge area and a bedroom with its full bathroom. There are two other bedrooms with their en suite bathrooms on the first floor. The guest house, all on the ground floor, has a large living room with a kitchen, a lounge area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each house has its own private terrace, but the property also has a large shaded terrace with a lounge near the pool, ideal for sharing moments with friends and family. This family home, in the middle of the countryside, offers a beautiful view of the Luberon, well situated for exploring the region, hiking, or cycling. At the top of the village, lookout points offer magnificent views on the vineyards, the lavender fields, cherry trees, and olive trees as well as other perched villages of the Luberon. The village is also atypical in that it holds its market day on Thursday; take a walk through the stalls and explore the village of Roussillon. A site not to be missed: The Ochre Trail: a total immersion in the heart of the largest ochre deposit in the world with its magnificent ochre cliffs and its trail in the heart of the pines.
