THE LIVING SPACE With a surface area of 45m², the crossing apartment (East, South, West) is bathed in light and has a warm and cosy living space. The living room is composed of a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining table for 4 people and a sitting area with TV. Outside, enjoy the charming garden and its plancha corner to cook in the shade of the plane trees. An outside shower is at your disposal for your return from the beach.
