On the first floor : A third bedroom with a double bed, (140x200cm), An independent shower room and a toilet, A fourth bedroom with a double bed, (180x200cm), A fifth bedroom with a double bed, (180x200cm) and An independent shower room. You will have an outbuilding with a bedroom with a double bed, (160x200cm), its shower room, its toilet and a magnificent view on the park. Need to relax, from the living space by these large windows you will have direct access to a shaded terrace for your meals with its gas barbecue, a lounge. You will be able to appreciate the fenced and landscaped park of 10 000m2, and especially to fully benefit from the heated swimming pool with chlorine of 9mx5m with a depth of up to 2m, its beach of 1m as well as its deckchairs.
