This lovely family home has been recently renovated, keeping a 60s vintage spirit with its terrazzo floor and its curves while incorporating modern comforts. On the ground floor, the living space has been redesigned in a southern Mediterranean style with natural warm tones. The interior opens out onto the exterior, where one feels wonderfully at ease! The swimming pool is just a few steps away from the house, fenced in, next to the sundeck. The villa is nestled in a 1500m2 Mediterranean garden. With no neighbours in the vicinity, the Rouge Villa is a guaranteed hideaway offering magnificent sea views and the forest right near to go for soothing pleasant walks in nature. Meals are particularly pleasant in the shade of the false pepper tree, and the naps exquisite at the edge of the swimming pool. The pretty 1500m2 garden is also home to endemic regional plants: orange trees, lemon trees, lavender, and olive trees. Discover the region: the beach of Almanarre, the peninsula of Giens, the islands of Porquerolles or Port Cros, the magnificent beaches or the village of Bormes les Mimosas ... Cancellation policy
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: you are reimbursed for the full reservation amount, except 2% of cancellation fees.
- Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before arrival: you are reimbursed by 50% of the amount of the reservation.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the date of arrival, or during the stay: you cannot benefit from any refund.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date: you are reimbursed for the full reservation amount, except 2% of cancellation fees.
