We rent our Studio located Plage Benoit in La Baule in a luxury residence "Le Capitole" facing the sea with direct access to the fine sandy beach extending over 9 km and without any road to cross. The exceptional situation of this very functional studio with its terrace on the garden side offers a view on the park. A luminous living room with a convertible sofa (150x200 cm) and its meridian contains a double comforter all seasons and two pillows, a second bench 3 places convertible BZ with a Simmons mattress 140x200 cm. You will be able to park your vehicle on the residence's parking lot (the spaces are free). Autonomous arrival possible (key box) and janitor on site.

- Cancellation less than 14 days before the date of arrival, or in the course of stay: you cannot benefit from any refund.
