A location that will allow you to enjoy both the beach at the foot of the apartment and downtown Biarritz in a few minutes walk. LIVING SPACE Located on the 6th floor of a secure residence with elevator, the 80m² apartment has been entirely renovated with quality finishes and designer furniture. The living space includes a large room with a sitting area equipped with a leather sofa, two beautiful designer armchairs and a flat screen TV; a dining table for 4 people and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The room is entirely open via bay windows onto the wooden terrace with a panoramic view of the ocean. You will enjoy the terrace at any time of the day: to share your breakfast, to do your gym or yoga, to sunbathe on the deckchairs or to admire the sunset at the aperitif time. ROOMS This apartment has a large master suite (king size bed) opening onto a small private terrace, a flat screen TV and a large bathroom with Bisazza tiles, double sink and plenty of storage space. Children can sleep in the second bedroom cabin with 2 bunk beds. THE "PLUS Take advantage of the air conditioning for those hot summer days. PARKING A private parking space is available in the residence. NEARBY The Miramar beach is at the foot of the building, the Biarritz lighthouse is 800m away, the Lighthouse golf course is 5 minutes away by car and for shopping and restaurants, you will be a ten-minute walk from the city center.
