A magical place for lovers of simplicity, the sea and nature... Located in an exceptional setting, between the sea and preserved nature, the villa "La Loupiotte" overlooks the small port of Les Oursinières between Toulon and Hyères. A magical place that has retained its charm from another time... On the hillside and facing the sea, it enjoys a magnificent view of the Toulon harbour and the surrounding mountains. A family home from generation to generation, its recent renovation has kept the spirit of sharing and friendliness. Modern, functional but also bioclimatic by taking advantage of solar energy, everything has been thought and arranged for the comfort of its 10 to 12 occupants. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 1 en suite bedroom on the main level and 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on the first floor. The top floor has been rehabilitated to house a children's dormitory which will be prepared on request. The luminous living room is a cross-over from East to West and its large sliding windows set into the walls extend the interior space. To the west, facing the sea, you will enjoy a beautiful terrace where you can share your meals, have a drink while contemplating the sunset or relax by the heated and secured swimming pool (from mid-April to the end of October). To the east, the dry stone terraces decorated with aromatic plants and the warm and intimate atmosphere of the terraces overlook the forest. As soon as you wake up, this enchanting setting will lead you to the water's edge for a morning swim where you will revel in the beauty of the sea bed. The Oursinières beach and the rocky cliffs are just a few steps from the house. The old « Chemin des Douaniers » will lead you to the Garonne beach (10mn walk), the bakery and the small supermarket nearby. An unmissable walk! Here there are many activities : bowling, diving club or boat rental on the port, hiking trails with breathtaking panoramas, visit of the Cap Garonne mine museum, nautical club on the Garonne beach (windsurfers, Optimists, paddles, catamarans, pedalos...). But also a few minutes by car: Monaco beach, Bonnettes beach, the town of Le Pradet (very lively, especially in summer), Toulon and its metamorphosed town centre to (re)discover. A little further away: Almanarre beach, walks on the Giens peninsula, visits to the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros or Le Levant, as well as the 3 nearby golf courses (Valgarde, Valcros and La Fregate). We like: The view on the sea, the comfort and the equipment of the house, the sea bath in the morning and the palm tree hikes at a few steps! THE HOUSE IN DETAIL On arrival you can park 2 cars in the garage with an electric door before climbing the few steps to the house. There is also a parking space in front of the garage and additional parking spaces in the street. The main level has been designed and arranged to be friendly and welcoming. The living room is cross-cutting with large sliding windows that extend the interior spaces and allow you to live inside and outside in all seasons. Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities and storage space Living room All sofas and armchairs can be set up indoors or outdoors depending on your needs, the number of people and the season you will be enjoying the house. Sofa, armchair and Smart TV (the house is equipped with Fibre/ operator Free). Bookcase and portable Sony speaker (Bluetooth). You will have several outdoor spaces depending on the orientation you wish to enjoy: To the west, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the sea from the large, partly shaded terrace (the colours at sunset are magnificent): You will take your meals in the shade of the pergola. Large table, chairs and bench for 14 guests. Gas plancha You will share a drink in the summer lounge and at the sunset Lounge with corner sofa, armchairs and coffee table Heated and secured swimming pool (barrier and gate) To the east, you will appreciate the charming garden in terraces covered with dry stones and decorated with all sorts of aromatic plants that you can use to decorate your dishes. The cosy patio, in the shade of the sails, extends the living room. By climbing a few steps you can bask in the sun with a beautiful view of the natural area in the continuation of the garden Deckchairs, small summer lounge, table and chairs... Bedroom 1 en suite with access to the patio, to the east. Italian shower room and toilet. Bed in 160. Guest toilet and dressing room at the entrance of the villa On the first floor 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 with toilets) and additional independent toilets. 1 dormitory for children on the upper floor (on request). All rooms in the house are equipped with storage space, mosquito nets on the windows and sliding doors and a desk area with RJ45 plugs, ideal for teleworking (printer for room 5). Bedroom 2 en suite (on the right) with views over the garden and garrigue. Bathroom with bath and toilet. Bed in 160 Rooms 3 and 4 with sea view. They share a shower room (between the 2 bedrooms). Ideal for a family with children. Bed size 160 Room 5 with terrace overlooking the restanque. Shower room and toilet. Bed in 160 On the upper floor you will find a dormitory room for children (4 single beds). It can be made available to you on request and for an additional cost depending on the number of beds occupied. Outside Large west-facing terrace allowing you to enjoy the sun until the last minute! Shaded patio and terraces in terraces to the east (including a wooden terrace in front of room 5) Pool area secured by a barrier and a gate. Heated swimming pool of 3m x 7m (from mid-April to end of October) Double outdoor shower (by climbing the stairs). Ideal for rinsing off on your way back from the beach. Garage for 2 vehicles.
