Ideal for a family stay, the apartment can accommodate 4 people. Direct access to the roundabout, beach at 100m. Private parking space. THE APARTMENT Located on the first floor, the apartment is arranged as follows - bright living room with terrace - fully equipped kitchen: oven, refrigerator-freezer, induction cooker, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster - 1 double room : 1 Queen Size bed (160x200) - 1 bathroom with WC - 1 room with 2 single beds and adjoining bathroom (with WC) Please note that a staircase in this room leads to a room in souplex in which you will find the washing machine LOCATION Residential area Beach at 100m accessible by the path Beach of the Priory at 20mn on foot Ecluse beach at 10mn by car Downtown in 7mn by car GETTING AROUND Dinard Bus, free shuttle at 350m from the apartment ACCESS Travelers have access to the entire apartment as well as to the residence's park. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES - Arrival between 4pm and 9pm - Departure before 10am N.B. For arrivals after 9pm or departures before 7:30am, a supplement of 20€ per hour started is applied. No arrivals or departures on December 25th and January 1st OTHER REMARKS Linen (sheets and towels) is provided and the beds are made up just before your arrival. We also have a few welcoming touches in store for you: you will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a small gourmet basket.

- Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before arrival: you are reimbursed by 50% of the amount of the reservation.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the date of arrival, or during the stay: you cannot benefit from any refund.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date: you are reimbursed for the full reservation amount, except 2% of cancellation fees.
